QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Minimum Qualification:Bsc. in Human Resources and related qualifications
Required Experience: Minimum of 2 years cognate working experience .

  • Facilitating staff training sessions and activities
  • Facilitating performance management
  • Negotiating salaries, contracts, working conditions or redundancy packages with staff and representatives.
  • Payroll Management

  • Policy documentation
  • Provide counselling and support on policies and procedures
  • Plan and implement training programs
  • Provide advise on Labour laws and best practices
